Our primary goal is to approach our clients individually, to match our services to their needs and demands in all the respects, to the satisfaction of both the lessor and the lessee. In order to maintain the service quality at the highest level we are going to limit it on the specified number of clients.
Although we are the agency specialized for real estate rental we would like to offer our clients, besides the usual services (finding the leesse, evaluation and the conclusion of contract), the so called PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
One of our primary tasks is to maintain, if not increase, the value of the real estate in the market (if necessary we are ready to recommend and organize small repairs or embellishments in order to increase and speed up the rental). We are obliged by the contractual liability agreed and we are looking forward to a long term colllaboration.
The service includes:
- monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual written report about receipts and expenditures made during the lease
- reception and paying in the rental fee
- checkin the regularity of paying the bills within maturity date and other contractual liabilities
- the control and documentation of conditions of the real estate, possible damages or deficiancies
- organization of small repairs and cleaning
- discount on the real estate insurance
- assistance in legal and tax management
- searching for new leessee when closing the affirmative contract
- every other demand which are individually agreed upon according to the client`s needs
The service price (monthly):
- monthly and quarterly accounting- 10% of the monthly rental fee
- semi-annual, annual or longer account- 7,5% of the monthly rental fee
Our individual approach to every client includes our overall knowledge which is applied in methodical and computerised form, the plan.Our plan is designed in such a way that its implementation satisfies the client`s needs and tasks entrusted to us.
